The room was extremely spacious and good with nice garden, and I slept very well. A hair dryer, guest toiletries, and terry dressing gowns were a plus. The location was stunning because it was so close to hill overlooking the valley, northern Extremadura and a deep valley surrounded by mountains: D

The environment is certainly the best. . . I must also say that you eat well. . . The sirloin they put in our dinner is really good. The swimming pool is clean and in an incomparable environment. We liked the view from the room
cradle they put on the girl (we know it's a free service) didn't like it, it's a portable travel cradle and girl complained all the time that the mattress was pricked. it's true, it was full of wrinkles and very uncomfortable. bath gels and shampoo left the hair super rough and tangled and I missed a lot of a little bottle of conditioner. we ordered dinner we were on a half-board basis and had an assigned menu, is fine, at one point during dinner we asked one of the waitresses if she could bring us an assortment of cheese, ham and loin. Far from explaining to us what was in the assortment or if they had it available, she replied that it was not part of the half-board and that we had to pay for it separately, we already knew but we felt bad about the answer. We asked him for the letter to see the assortment and he told us that he had already ordered it and that no cheese was included, only ham and loin. He could have told us that there was another assortment with only cheese. we found out later. We didn't like the attention of that waitress at all. To say the least, paddling pool was slippery and we had to hold the child's hand so that she wouldn't fall over and over again. In general the attention was a bit dry on the part of the workers, although not bad.

Abundant and varied breakfast. Very friendly staff. Rooms in good condition, clean, spacious and comfortable. Facilities in good condition, some areas look a bit old-fashioned, but, in general, good. Food and service in restaurant, excellent. . Pillow menu is welcome
bad coffee, it's not like a 4-star accommodation. 'artichoke' in the shower was broken and water came out. pool space is not used properly, there is not much room for the guests to bathe. hammocks are full of resin from the trees and are insufficient. It is very annoying and intolerable that, on Saturday nights, door and hall of the Hospedería are full of chavalada (of the people), whose presence makes the clientele uncomfortable. They occupy the furniture of the hall to connect to the wifi of the hotel (amazing) and play cards (??? If I go to a place to rest and I don't have children by my own decision I don't have to put up with the others. Moreover, clientele of the Hospedería should have priority in the use of the services. situation is intolerable in an establishment of this category.

This place is super modern and totally exceeded my high expectations. 😍 I loved how it’s located just a stone's throw away from a beautiful meandering river, gardens, and even a national park.

Room was big and spacious, large bed, plenty of room for the cot which was provided. Lovely view over garden/pool areas. Staff were excellent and it was no problem heating up the baby's food for us. Would like to have stayed longer. Free soft drinks in mini bar was nice.
Restaurant didn't open until 8.30 pm which was too late as we had a baby with us.

The site is ideal for disconnecting from the daily routine. In the middle of the Hurdes mountain range. The attention of the person in charge of the reception (Abel) was perfect. The attention given by the boy in the cafeteria (I think I remember his name was Daniel Martin) was also outstanding. Without a doubt we will visit the zone again to be able to enjoy it entirely, since the days that we have been have coincided with a heat wave. We will almost certainly stay in the same place again.
The truth is that everything was almost perfect, to cite a few details to improve, the cleaning of the AA grids in the room could be improved. The rooms have wooden floors, if you are on a lower floor you hear a lot of noise when you walk into the upper rooms. Finally, the pool seemed a little small for the number of rooms in the lodge. However, if we go back through the area, we will almost certainly stay in the same place again.

Excellent friendliness and professionalism of all staff, perfect location to isolate and rest, unparalleled natural environment and isolated. Quality of the breakfast and restaurant. Room size, bathroom, cleanliness, accessibility and parking. Cozy hotel
Cafeteria and room service menu: it is irrational that you can have a mixed sandwich or any other similar meal in the room and not in the cafeteria. cafeteria menu is scarce but very well prepared, more typical of a restaurant than a cafeteria. We were only 5 people in the whole cafeteria and 10 in the whole hotel, it was impossible to have something as simple as a mixed sandwich for when you go with children in the cafeteria, you could only order it in the room. The hotel. even though it is good and very cosy, does not have the facilities or comfort to be a 4 star hotel, mobile coverage is almost non-existent. there is no wifi, common area is reduced to 4 sofas at the entrance, facilities in general and rooms are not alien to the passage of time, It is true that in summer. garden and terrace offer more space, hotel is in an isolated place. so it should be able to offer more services to the clients, especially regarding the food, since there are no more restaurants in the surroundings,

Quiet hotel. Wirelees Internet (free) at room. Unusable PC at room, for internet connection (too slow)
Horrible cigarette smell at reception area, as receptionist smoke at office, near reception, even if not permitted . Hotel is apart from everything-you must rely on your car to do anything. Breakfast has no hot food (eggs, bacon,...). .Reserved a double room and was informed at reception that there was no double rooms vacant (twin only)

surroundings and hotel in general, charming place with correct and attentive staff, large and comfortable room with extra large bed, wonderful views of the Sierra de Las Batuecas and above all very quiet.
I liked everything, but I particularly would have liked a room as more rustic with some rusty slate stone as they have around everywhere, but that's just the one but along with a detail of the dinner in the cafeteria, we ordered some tables of Iberian sausages and cheese from the area, and in one of the products (ham) they only put 5 fine and small lochas that in comparison with the rest of the products was disproportionate, since of the rest it was correct, we commented it to the waitress and I speak with kitchen and to the time already having finished it brings us a plate with ham, clear no longer it proceeded and we did not take it. I say everything else is super correct and very attentive to the customers.
